Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Tali Tanne was born in Israel, educated at The Sirkin School, and moved to the USA in 2003 with her husband and two children. Tali was raised around a family bakery business and learned the value of hard work (and beautiful presentation) at an early age. She has gained years of experience as a realtor specializing in home buyers and as a professional home stager. Tali’s keen eye for detail and expert knowledge of both the local area and the housing market ensure that every TanDor Development represents the very best product available. Tali’s knack for design is in the heart of every one of our homes, and her experience working with buyers has taught her what works, what doesn’t, and how to be better than the rest. When not working hard on one of her many endeavors or caring for her family, Tali is actively involved in the Larger than Life Organization, the Committee to help the Needy, and still bakes the best cakes you will ever taste.

Co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer for TanDor Development. Guy received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in accounting and finance from Tel Aviv University. Guy comes from years of experience in one of the world’s premier luxury import/export businesses, and brings both discerning taste and business acumen to the equation. His unparalleled business sense and constant attention to the bottom line make our dreams a reality. He ensures that projects come in on time, on budget, and he always has his eye out for the next great location to become a TanDor home. When not making sure that every project is a financial success and delivered to our customer at the lowest possible cost, you will probably find guy on one of his many bicycles - training for the next Triathlon or Iron Man - or spending time with his wife and two children.

 Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for TanDor development. Ilan started his first business in 1984 as a diamond manufacturer. He was able to quickly build it into a global business with offices around the world. In 1989, he became the youngest distributor of De Beers Mining Group, a prestigious and the largest diamond distributor in the world. In 1995, Ilan focused his business model on high-end jewelry manufacturing and produced in the US, Hong Kong, and India. Among his extensive clientele, some included: Macy’s, Kay Jewelers, and Tiffany’s. His exceptional business sense saw the potential in the Real Estate market in 2008 and started developing multi-family housing. His strong managerial skills as well as operation skill and passion ensures that TanDor Homes will always be one step above all the others. When not making sure everything on the construction site is moving smoothly, Ilan loves to spend his free time with his wife and three children as well as going on hikes and cycling.
